Local Transport Plan / Local Cycling and Infrastructure Plan Consultation

On 30 September 2021, we (Brighton and Hove City Council) launched a consultation on two plans that we are currently developing: our fifth Local Transport Plan (LTP5) and our Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP). Our LTP5 will set our vision and priorities for transport and travel across the city to 2030 and what we need to do to deliver them. The LCWIP will present strategic walking and cycling networks and areas for improvements to encourage and support active travel in the city.

We are promoting the consultation in various ways across the city and inviting everyone to have their say, including drop-in public information sessions at Jubilee Library. We have published a document which will form the basis of our LTP5 along with our draft LCWIP document. These can be found at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/onejourneybetterwhich includes a link to an online survey open until 15 November 2021.
